Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if she will set out the information obtained by background checks carried out by her Department on Johnson Kane, the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Education Fellowship Trust.

The Department completed a range of background checks on Johnson Kane and gained assurance that The Education Followship Trust had conducted their own due diligence.

Personal information held by the Department is regarded as confidential and is not normally disclosed publicly or to third parties without the consent of the person concerned.
