Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the Answer of 12 June 2026 to Question 4166 on Equality: Gender and Intersex, if she will place a copy of the New model Policy and Guidance: Supporting Trans and Non-binary Employees, issued to Government departments on 22 May 2026, in the Library of the House.

New model Gender Reassignment guidance has been issued to Civil Service departments for them to use as a template for their own departmental guidance. Internal HR policies and guidance are not published externally.
