Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether she will make an assessment of the potential impact of not announcing formal air quality targets on the timeline for the development of the Environmental Improvement Plan.

We will be publishing the targets as soon as possible and the Environmental Improvement Plan will be published before 31 January.
