Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether Network Rail has requested an increase to its CP5 borrowing facility limit since 4 July 2014.

The Secretary of State has not received any formal request from Network Rail to increase its Control Period 5 borrowing facility limit since 4 July 2014.
