Outlaw the sale and/or possession of Fireworks for all but accreditted/professional pyrotechnicians.

Fireworks have no place in modern society. They are at best a nuisance to people, pets and wildlife. At worse they are a dangerous projectile which can cause serious bodily harm or property damage. Fireworks should only be possessed by professional pyrotechnicians as they are the only people who should be able to be trusted to use these responsibly.
