There is clear public concern given the number who travel each year. families report difficulty accessing information, evidence, & transparent investigations. After my brother, Regan, died in Thailand, we urge the UK government & FCDO to urgently review procedures, improve transparency and ensure access to information.

We would like an independent review process that families can access to assess the processes, support and actions taken by UK authorities, including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office when handling the deaths of British nationals overseas.
