Establish a specific offence and sentence for Murder, Desecration & Concealment

Judges currently use their discretion when sentencing in cases involving murder, desecration and concealment. We want there to be a new standalone offence of Murder, Desecration and Concealment, with its own mandatory minimum custodial sentence.

At present there is not a specific, standalone offence of Murder, Desecration and Concealment. Killers are given all different sentences for crimes involving these actions. There should be a consistent sentence for Murder, Desecration and Concealment. Too often the victims remains are not found.

This would send a clear message out.
