Automatically suspend PR when a parent is convicted of child murder/serious harm

Current legislation ensures the automatic suspension of parental responsibility (PR) in cases where one parent murders another. However, there is currently NO automatic suspension of PR when a parent is convicted of seriously harming or murdering their child.
