Ukrainians are enduring prolonged power outages lasting days. We ask the Government to use frozen Russian assets to fund provision of immediate humanitarian relief, support reconstruction, and ensure responsibility for the damage lies with the state that caused it.

We urge the UK Government to uphold its principles and stand firmly with Ukraine by acting without delay. Evidence from public reporting and international statements shows that attacks on civilian energy infrastructure are ongoing and peace efforts may have stalled. We believe acting now would demonstrate clear leadership, deliver urgent civilian relief, and ensure the aggressor pays for the harm it has caused.
