Do not introduce any new taxes or increase any existing taxes

We urge the UK Government not to introduce any new taxes or to increase existing taxes. Ordinary citizens are already facing unprecedented financial pressures, yet there are reports that Government continues to seek additional ways to tax incomes, savings, property, fuel, and everyday essentials.

We believe this would be untenable. Many families and businesses are struggling to cope under the weight of taxation. Taxation should be fair, proportionate, and sustainable.

We call on the Government to halt further tax increases, conduct a full review of the existing tax burden, and implement reforms that prioritise affordability, fairness, and long-term stability for all UK citizens.
