We urge the Government to launch a review of the family court system in England and Wales, and the guidance on when a child should be removed from there guardian.

We are concerned that children could be removed from safe, loving homes. We feel children need their voices better heard and their welfare made paramount. We believe removing children from their mothers especially could cause significant trauma and lifelong problems. We believe a child's bond with their mother should be protected first.
