Many Moldovan citizens in the UK are disappointed that the driving licence exchange agreement excludes those who have been living here for more than 5 years, which we believe causes an unfair divide. We kindly request that this be reviewed and that the Government considers creating a fair transition period so that all Moldovans can exchange their licences.
