Commit to no military involvement in attacks on Iran

We ask the UK Government to commit to no UK military involvement—direct or indirect—in any attack on Iran. This includes refraining from supporting allies such as Israel in an attack. Instead, the UK should promote diplomacy and de-escalation in the region.

We believe any military involvement in Iran could risk global escalation, loss of innocent lives, economic instability, and increased terrorism. We think the UK must learn from past conflicts and pursue peace. In our view, the British public does not support war and expects the Government and Parliament to act with wisdom and restraint in this matter.
