We believe comprehensive Emergency Plans, CCTV Operatives & lifeguards trained for underwater rescue should be mandatory and strictly enforced at all waterparks. We believe it should be with urgency that the relevant authorities pass this into law without delay.

We think it is in the interest of public safety that regulations are put in place to reduce the risk of fatalities.
