Excluding any of the changes denies affected individuals and organisations the chance to provide feedback.

The Green Paper proposes changes to the daily living component eligibility of PIP without public consultation. We believe that the proposed changes will make it harder for those with significant difficulties across multiple activities to qualify for support.

We believe these reforms risk removing vital support without scrutiny and call on the Government to urgently commit to a full, transparent consultation before the Green Paper closes on 30 June 2025, ensuring disabled people's views are heard.
