Abolish the five person sponsor requirement for e-petitions

I would like the Government and Parliament to change the rules for submitting petitions. I would like people to be able to express their views in the form of a petition individually, without relying on third parties.

I believe that the correct way is to abolish the five-person sponsor requirement. I believe that this change will simplify the petition process. Petitions will be less exposed to other people's views before publishing, which I think will allow the system to more reliably assess the situation and listen to the individual.
