More direct communication between the NHS and the Government & Parliament

We want the Government and Parliament to have more communication with frontline NHS workers like nurses. This could include monthly NHS video calls from each county in England to work out what is needed.

We think better communication between the staff who do the practical work and the government could help them establish a better allocation of resources in each separate county.

To improve communication, the government could speak directly to staff about current issues. They could have monthly video calls with staff in different areas to improve patient care and reduce hospital stay duration.
