Change the DVLA requirements for motor caravan conversions.

Change the DVLA requirements for motor caravan conversions. We think the current requirements are too stringent, meaning campervans that we think are suitable are rejected. We think the DVLA should remove the requirements for two windows on one side and a detachable table.

In addition, we think the DVLA should be clear about what is meant by "a combination" of external features. We think the requirements limit design options such as one window on either opposite sides, or an alternative to a fixed table such as a completely free standing table or eating on your lap. We think that campervans with cooking, storage and beds are clearly not LGVs but feel the features required by the DVLA rule too many out.
