A Bill similar to this has previously been proposed and had cross party support but ran out of time due to the election announcement. I want the Government to make this law and provide all children with the opportunity to be identified if they might have a neurodivergent condition so they can be supported in their needs and have all teachers trained to understand those needs, currently some teachers receive little to no training to effectively understand neurodivergent conditions.
