Stop the Government from raising the tuition fee cap

I want the Government to maintain the current tuition fee cap. This could help to protect young people and current university students who may be struggling or may struggle financially if tuition fees are raised.

Many sources estimate the average student maintenance loan is around £7k / year. We think this isn’t enough given the average cost of uni accommodation outside London is £7,374, and feel young people can’t afford a rise in tuition on top of this. We believe there are risks that they may have to choose between their livelihoods and attending university, a potential choice we feel no young person should make. We think they deserve the chance to go to university no matter their financial background.
