Allow health workers with certificate of sponsorship to work for any employer

Healthcare workers on visas are limited to specific sponsors, hindering job mobility. We want the Government to introduce the flexibility for these workers to work for any employer, including those who are not registered sponsors, enabling more employment opportunities without red tape.

Some employers who brought people into the UK through a certificate or sponsorship are now either unable to provide enough hours of work or none at all. There are individuals in the UK willing and able to work in the healthcare sector but are restricted. Many healthcare organizations still struggle to cover shifts, but many willing workers are tied to sponsors without work. They should have the freedom to work in any healthcare setting, regardless of sponsorship.
