We want the Government to focus on this issue because we believe many people, especially young people, do not trust the authorities to protect them. We need to find a way to divert children away from knife crime. We believe improving education about knife crime could significantly alter the amount of knife crime cases, by raising awareness of the dangers and consequences of carrying a knife.
