Any overseas or dual national who is found to have committed a terrorism offence, such as supporting Hamas or any other proscribed organisation, should be immediately deported.
We believe that anyone supporting banned organisations, such as Hamas, who is a foreign or dual national should be immediately and without prospect of appeal, deported to their country of origin/other country of citizenship.
