Create a Law where an offender awaiting trial for a sexual offence against a victim is put on public register, so new potential partners/workplaces/etc can check if someone is awaiting trial for a sexual offence.

A public register of people awaiting trial for sexual offences would mean that people could find out if someone was suspected of a sexual offence, and potentially avoid becoming a victim themselves.
