Ban the use of nylon gill nets for fish capture in UK waters.

Inshore fish species such as bass, mullet and salmonids are being netted in the UK everyday. Much of this netting is carried out illegally in fish nursery areas, estuaries, and sensitive habitats. Gill nets also pose a risk to wildlife and wild swimmers becoming entangled. This practice must stop.

I'd like the government to ban the use of nylon monofilament nets in UK coastal waters.
