No tax on overtime or bonuses up to £10k

I was disappointed to find out that overtime pay and bonuses are taxed, and that so many hard-working people are not receiving the full benefit of the work they put in to earn overtime and bonuses. We believe overtime and bonuses should only be taxed if they exceed more than £10k a year.
