We believe the Government needs to take action to enable people who own and live in a listed building, at a time when energy bills have increased dramatically, to take steps to reduce their energy costs and carbon emissions.
Now that double glazed windows in many suitable styles are available the Government should enable us look after our heritage in an appropriate and environmentally friendly way, without needing to seek consent.
