It should be mandatory to display warnings at entrances of venues or businesses that have strobe/flashing lighting. Businesses should also be required put information about the use of lighting at any addresses they are responsible for on their websites.
There are many conditions that mean people can have an adverse reaction to strobe or flashing lights - such as photosensitive seizures, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, migraines and many more.
When going out, some places have strobe/flashing lighting with no warning (bars, restaurants, clubs, etc), this can make going out and trying to live our lives very difficult.
