There are currently 9.1 million people who are affected by workplace bullying in the UK, which covers almost the entire population of Scotland and Wales alone.

1 in 3 people leave their job due to bullying and 91% of employees believe that bullying is not handled appropriately by their organisation.

There is no law that protects an employee part from harassment (which has specific criteria) and not all bullying falls into these brackets. This is costing the economy £18 BILLION A YEAR to absence related sickness.
