Ban the racing of horses that are under 4 years old.

We believe that it is cruel to race horses under the age of 4 and studies from equine development specialists supports this. The number of horses that are bred and discarded at a young age is too high and all in the name of a sport driven by gambling.

I support equestrian sport, but for equestrian sport to survive changes need to be made. By raising the age of when a horse can race, the horses' development and wellbeing will take priority.
