Change petition rules to allow petitions of no confidence in the UK Government

Petitions asking for a vote of no confidence in an individual Minister or the Government as a whole are against petition rules. This means UK citizens are at the whim of MPs to challenge standing government as we are unable to do so ourselves. Anger at #Partygate is at an all time high.

I want petitioning rules changed to allow UK citizens the ability to show no confidence in the standing government and/or Prime Minister.

This is my 4th attempt to petition challenge against the Government following #Partygate and it should not be so difficult to make myself heard.
