Let fully vaccinated people visit family abroad without the need to quarantine

Allow all fully vaccinated UK citizens to travel abroad to visit family members without the need to enter hotel quarantine when they return.

Hundreds of thousands of UK citizens are now separated from family abroad, enable to visit them due to the prohibitive costs of hotel quarantine upon their return.

Acknowledging the success of the UK's vaccination, the fact all vaccines are successful in preventing severe illness against Covid-19 variants, and that new variants are now a permanent occurrence, family members should now be able to reunite. Other countries will never fully 'catch up' due to the inequitable supply of vaccines.
