Autism is a disability and reasonable adjustments must be made to enable disabled people to work, not to disadvantage people who have specific difficulties with socialising in person, crowds and a whole myriad of issues that can be near impossible to overcome in the work place, maybe why such low levels employment. We should be legally guaranteed the right to remote working, so we can be productive members of society, people not living in relative poverty, for our self-esteem.
