Remove UAE and Pakistan from the red list. British citizen's are stranded!

Remove UAE and Pakistan from the Red List. British people are stranded and can't afford to pay £1750 to get back. Specially in these economic times. There is no strong reason for these countries to be on the red list as there are other countries with much higher cases that are not on the list.
