Petition to put a basketball court/hoop up in Males park

We would like a 9 1/2 foot tall basketball hoop/court in Males Park, West Cross, Swansea.

This petition was rejected on 12th Apr 2021 for not being a Government or Parliamentary matter

The Petition Committee commented:
Decisions about the provision of local amenities such as basketball courts are a matter for individual local authorities, not the UK Government or House of Commons. You could raise this issue with a local councillor, who represents you. I think it will be beneficial for the people in the community and bring opportunity for people to get fit and learn how to play. It will be helpful for people who play in teams to help them practice in these strange times.
