In spite of the Government issuing a Code Of Practice for landlords and tenants to work together many landlords are giving no rent relief whatsoever and are still demanding payment of rent in full and accordingly commercial businesses are building up huge amounts of debt which in many cases will take years to repay if ever. The pain of Coronavirus should be shared between the parties.
