Legislate that all new buildings should have at least one renewable energy source & increase support to encourage & assist renewable energy to be taken up by existing home owners.

Harnessing the sun and the wind is sustainable energy. It is more difficult to convert and adapt buildings already built and with massive building programs already taking place, very few have solar panels, ground source heat pumps or any other renewable energy. The Government should take steps to address this before it’s too late.
