Increase pay for all NHS staff by 15%

Many NHS are receiving a 6% pay rise over three years, but this may not even match inflation and many NHS workers have seen their pay fall – many by a substantial amount – in real terms since 2010. The Government needs to ensure an NHS 15% pay rise for all staff, including ambulance staff.

Many NHS staff have seen their wages fall real terms since 2010. To ensure that NHS staff see their wages increase in real terms the government must increase NHS wages by 15%. This would serve as a minor thank you for everything NHS staff have done during the pandemic. Claps do NOT pay wages!!
