All UK military personnel from abroad to be given indefinite leave to remain

This month, Fijian British Army veterans lost a high court bid to remain in the UK. These men gave their lives to this country, swore allegiance to our Queen and we owe them a debt that goes beyond a mere salary. We have seen these miscarriages of justice happen too many times.

To rectify this, we the undersigned believe that any UK military personnel who are not from the UK should be granted, by default, indefinite leave to remain in this country after their service to Her Majesty has been completed.
