This year due to lockdown Diwali and Eid was cancelled. It was understandable for public morale that Christmas a religious and public holiday festival that lockdown was lifted (in a limited way) for friends and family partly it due to being a ‘national holiday’. We would like Muslims/Sikhs and Hindus to have a protected day in the future, where they can have a national holiday too to celebrate the most important day of the calendar with family and friends.
