Allow outdoor tennis to continue during the second lockdown

We are challenging the decision to shut outdoor tennis courts during the November 2020 lockdown. The benefits of allowing tennis courts to open outweigh the potential risk of players contracting the virus. With the right measures in place, outdoor tennis venues could be safely reopened.

Recently, the use of tennis courts has substantially increased, indicating that it is a popular way to engage in physical activity when visiting gyms is unsafe.
Foremost, tennis is mostly played by single households or individuals in a support bubble who are likely to meet outdoors regardless.
