Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. It's already illegal to import or sell meat unfit for human consumption. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as creating a specific criminal offence.
