Fund and roll out the Voluntary Right to Buy Scheme nationally

The pilot has now closed and an update is needed for the VRTB scheme national rollout date. With the government in talks about reducing the deposit amount for first time buyers it's time to give an update on the scheme from 2016.

There are many families who would love the chance to buy the house they live in and make it their own, but with renting and saving for a deposit not being viable for a lot of people the only way this would happen is with the voluntary right to buy scheme.
