Votes for 16 and 17 year olds throughout the UK

I would like the government or parliament to allow votes for 16 and 17 year olds. This is because 16 and 17 year olds can marry, leave home, pay tax and join the armed forces so why shouldn't they be allowed to vote.

I would like the government or parliament to allow 16 and 17 year olds to vote becasue many of them are informed enough to make political decisions and many others have the same view.
