Ban the use of mobile phones in the house of commons.

To ban the use of mobile phones whilst the sessions are active in the house of commons. Too many sessions are interrupted and people are completely ignored whilst an MP is addressing them due to the looking at of mobile phones.

There are too many PMQ's and sessions when members of state are being addressed and they do so much as lift their head whilst being addressed, this reduces the attention and creates a perfect excuse that important matters can be completely ignored. In society and at nearly every other work place in the world, if a member of staff was being questioned by a superior there would be no chance that this would be acceptable to take place whilst the person being questioned was distracted by their phone.
