Create a National Museum of Black History and Culture

We do not have a world-class national museum dedicated to black history. The British Museum was created by The British Museum Act 1753. The NMAAHC was established by an Act of Congress 2003. To create a comparable museum we need an Act of Parliament to establish a new UK Black History Museum.
