The Government should reimburse any resident of England that has been fined for breaking the lock down during the Covid19 outbreak. It appears that current rules are being abided by and enforced inconsistently.

The rule of the English Government is for every citizen of England, and if these fines have been applied inconsistently they should all be reimbursed to ensure that no individual has been unfairly penalised.
