My approach is: 1. Supply every citizen with partial (head + arms + body) or full body suit and full face cover mask with air-filters. 2. Each suit must come with smart-watch like device to control: a). Integrity of the suit; b). Location - indoor or outdoor; c). Temperature. 3. Wear for 3 weeks.

Every person must wear the suit outdoor. On return home - have a shower in the suit for 10min with lots of water and soap. Remove the suit.
Suit must be - comfortable, water and air proof.
Electronic device - control citizen location, temperature, if comply with advice.
Advantages:
1. The physical barrier should eliminate the host - virus carrier.
2. Those who do not comply - isolate by police.
3. Multi-use - any future epidemic.
2-3 weeks - all back to normal.
