I am asking the Government to do this so that GCSE students are not forced to deal with the stresses of exams all in one period; by spreading the exams out throughout the year, it not only gives students an opportunity to have more focused study time, improving results, but also reduces the stress and anxiety, which improves mental wellbeing. This could play a huge part in reducing teenage suicide and reducing mental health struggles in adolescents.
