We demand that ALL NHS Staff are paid at least the real living wage in line with The Living Wage Foundation's calculations (£9.30 per hour across the UK and £10.75 in London).

The Living Wage Foundation calculate that in order to keep up with the cost of living, each person should earn a minimum of £9.30ph across the UK and £10.75ph in London. The NHS is the backbone of the United Kingdom and it is time that all NHS staff were treated as such. We therefore demand that the government ensure that these figures are paid to all NHS staff as a minimum. That includes cleaners, porters, security, junior doctors etc.
They are all responsible for saving lives! Pay them fairly!
